Reid is a happy little boy who wants his own family very much!  He is not walking yet, but will really blossom with the proper therapy and a loving family.    From his medical records:  cerebral palsy, epilepsy, spastic diplegia,penile hypospadias, mental retardation, delay of physical development, hypotheriosis, crossed eyes.
