PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ALEXANDER!   Alexander is a sweet boy with brown hair and eyes.   He was born with Down syndrome and also struggles with epilepsy.   He has strabismus as well.   Alexander is described as affectionate and social.

UPDATE Nov 2011:  DS, mental deficiency, epileptic syndrome, generalized [systemic] idiopathic epilepsy, atrial septal defect, congenital stenosis of aortic valve, subluxation of a hip, strabismus.

Alexander is almost 5 and has probably already been transferred.  He needs a family!   Please consider Alexander!  This region is wonderful to adopt from, we have a fabulous agency partner and many families have successfully adopted here.  There is great support for the adoption of children with DS in this region.   SINGLE MOMS WELCOME!
