Diagnoses:  Anal atresia and Hypospadias, also had Preauricular fistula

 

In July 2011, he moved to a  foster family.  He has such an outgoing personality, and is very active — his foster parents always joke that “our Tate never walks” because he always runs from one place to another.  One of his favorite things to do is running around in the playground. He has good appetite, so, he likes any kind of food, but, his favorite foods are meat, dumplings and bananas. He loves bicycles, even the toy bicycle.  He is smart with learning things, but, not good at practicing.  He does learn songs very fast and sing well.  He is doing well at kindergarten, and enjoys school.
