The boy is active, inquisitive, alive, sociable. He started to differentiate between familiar people and strangers.  He sleeps well, falls asleep quickly.  He has good appetite and tries to hold utensils by himself. He can drink out of a cup with little assistance.  His eye concentration is satisfactory.

His hearing is good, and he reacts well if he is not occupied with a toy. He turns to his name.

His motor skills: he crawls well on his stomach. He can pull himself up to stand and stand for 2-3 minutes. He walks being held at both hands. He takes toys from different positions and manipulates with a toy for a long time and variously. He can put into and take out of a box small things.

He understands simple instructions. He poorly reacts to different speech tones. He pronounces separate syllables and sounds.   He started to control his emotional reactions (pauses in his cry if he is being spoken with by an adult at this moment). He takes interest in interacting with other children.  He has mental retardation of mild degree.
