Aleksa #28-3

DOB: 2005
Diagnosis: mild cerebral palsy- spasticity in feet, strabismus

Aleksa has spasticity in her feet. She can walk with a walker. She walks up and down steps with the assistance of an adult.
She speaks in multiple word sentences and has a large vocabulary. She sings songs. She interacts with other children and adults positively. She willingly joins in with group activities and games. Her fine motor skills are well developed. She builds figures with cubes, strings small rings on a stand and embeds elements of different size on a board. She models simple shapes. She is very persistent and always works hard to accomplish whatever task she is given. If she is unable to do something, she appropriately asks for help from adults. She began school in a regular kindergarten in the fall of 2011.
Several additional photos and videos of Aleksa are available.
