Rachel is a beautiful girl!

We’re waiting on a current update on her medical file, but a family met her a few months ago and this is what they had to say about her: “She doesn’t speak much but attempts a few words. She is very bright and taking it all in – very serious, thoughtful eyes.  She was very affectionate and initiated our attention and interaction, playing pat-a-cake with us whenever possible and always climbing up into someone’s lap.”
