Ivan is a darling little boy of Roma heritage. He has dark hair and deep, dark brown eyes. His medical records indicate: CEREBRAL PALSY (congenital lesion of the central nervous system…not a “lesion” as we know in English), muscle spasticity, and significant psycho-motor delay. He is not able to walk at this time, but is a favorite of the staff. Therapy and a loving family will make a world of difference for this 5 year old!
Ivan is facing the institution soon, and continues to suffer with his spasticity. He REALLY needs a family. Ivan will remain bedridden for life if he is not adopted.
