Single women or married couples can adopt. Total program under $25K (includes $1K orphanage donation) + travel expenses. 4 trips are required. Trip 1, both parents for 5-7 days. Return home for 2-3 months. Trip 2, both parents for 5 days. Trips 3 & 4 are short, only one parent needs to travel. No more than 5 children in the home. Both parents must be younger than 60 years. Although she is registered for international adoption, there is a certain amount of risk as her region does not get bio-relatives consent to the adoption (a document necessary for court) until after an adoptive family registers in the region. If the relatives do not sign the consent for any reason, you would be offered referrals of other children who match your application.
