From her medical records:  Chronic viral hepatitis C with minimal activity, with the initial signs of fibrosis, RNA positive.   Deformation of the gall bladder.   Umbilical hernia. Metabolic cardiomyopathy.  Such a beautiful little girl, just waiting for her forever family!
