Jeffrey was born in early 2008. He is living with HIV. He has recently been transferred from the baby house to a decent older child’s orphanage. He has access to excellent medical care. He has a calm demeanor and is described as being active and agile. He likes participating in his developmental lessons. He understands everything that is said to him.
