This gorgeous three year old toddler with Down Syndrome likes to be held and cuddled. She enjoys playing with her caregivers and is described by them as cute, contented and a very calm girl. She has global developmental delays and is making progress with her therapies. Given her special needs she has made tremendous progress in the last few months. Her hearing is normal and she enjoys interacting with her speech therapist. She is happy when playing with water and enjoys her baths for this reason. She is curious about her surroundings and will clap her hands and smile when enjoying activities she likes. Books that produce sound, mirror play and music hold a special interest for her. Her feedings come through gastrostomy tube and is gaining weight. She is loved by the other children in the center and will be a light of sunshine to any family who claims her as their own.
