This beautiful little girl already has such pretty, wispy hair!

 

Calista has a heart condition (a defect of chamber divider) and it is not indicated if surgery will be in her future or not.  She also has an infection of the urinary tract, and Pyelectasis of both kidneys.  Fetal Pyelectasis is common in babies with Down syndrome — and is likely the cause of her urinary tract issue, as well.
