Could he be any cuter in his little overalls!?  What a little love!

Sweet Fischer is so young — the perfect age to transition into a family, and receive early intervention therapy because of his Down syndrome.  We have no noted health issues for him, either!

Fischer is in a wonderful orphanage where we have had many successful adoptions.   He can be adopted with other children there as well. Please inquire!
