He has blue eyes and blonde hair. He is calm and attentive. He does not have any siblings. Sam is a very sweet little boy – he is happy and affectionate. He gets along well with all the children in his group. Additional photos and video available. He rarely cries. He can be adopted alone or with other children in his group. He will be transferred to a mental institute if he is not adopted before he turns 4. He loves to play outside, ride on the tricycle, swing and go down the slide. He likes being out in nature and he picks flowers and is in tune with the natural world. He seems to be developing normally. He is in a decent baby house with caring nannies in a small group of 7 children. He has access to physical therapy play equipment and a sensory room. He receives plenty of food, but minimal fresh fruits and vegetables.
