ALI for the Walker family — CA

Tim and Diana have been happily married for almost twenty-two years and have five biological children.  Kaylee is 19, Christian is 17, Ashlynn is 15, Emilie is 11, and Levi is 4!  They recently became aware of the many children in need of a family in Eastern Europe with special needs through a Facebook  post about a little boy who was “aging out” of the system and needed to find his forever family quickly.  They began as a family to pray for God to find this sweet boy a family.   One day while praying, they felt like God asked,” why not your family?  Why are you praying for someone else to do what you yourselves could do?”  After much prayer and discussion, they realized that this was something they felt called to do.  They love being parents and felt that they could offer a hurting child the love and support that a family could provide!   They are excited to see their family grow through adoption and God is growing their faith daily as they face the unfamiliar process of international adoption.  The child that God used to break their hearts for the things that break His, was adopted by another family but God used his story to show them how many others are still hoping for a family to call their own!  While searching the waiting children’s’ profiles on Reese’s Rainbow, they came across little Ali.  Immediately everyone in the room gasped and said, “Ahhhhh” at the same time!  She captured her family’s heart with one little smile!  They are so excited to have another child and they can’t wait to bring her home and give her the love that she deserves!  Please pray for the Walker’s as they work to raise the funds to complete their adoption and for peace as they follow the path God has chosen for them to their beautiful new little girl!
