Look at handsome Rodney!   He is already 9 years old and has been living in the institution for quite some time.    He is described as significantly delayed, but who wouldn’t be, living in such conditions?    He is not diagnosed with any other medical complications besides dry skin.  He does have some facial features of fetal alcohol syndrome, but this is just a cautionary disclosure to better prepare families for that.

This region prefers married couples, no more than 4 children at home (and no more than 2 with special needs already).    Wonderful area to visit and very straight-forward process.
