This little doll lived with his birth mother until her death.  At that time, he went to the orphanage.

 

Victor is medically healthy, other than a hemangioma on the forehead.  He has a speech development delay and a social delay.

 

He walks, runs, likes to play with his friends and toys, speaks in short sentences, can put two-three words together. The boy eats without help, drinks from a cup, can dress himself. He has good memory and is a fast learner.
