Ollie
Boy, born October 2010
Look how beautifully Ollie is doing!!!
Baby Ollie has Down syndrome, and is still so young! What a great opportunity to find him a family to provide the care and medical attention he needs.
Ollie does have a heart condition and should see a cardiologist as soon as he’s home. His condition is listed as “heart murmur – ventricular septal defect, open arterial canal, peripheric pulmonary artery stenosis.”
More photos available, large families welcome!
From a family who met him in October 2012: “We will be heading home on Saturday and i’m soo excited to get Jack (Keegan) home and settled into our family. It’s bittersweet though because I know that Ollie is still waiting…in the back of the room…by himself (while the other kids are all together)…in a pack and play all day. This precious little boy has soo much to offer..he just needs the chance!! He needs you NOW. His clock is ticking and there have only been a few inquiries about him. We were able to finish up in 3 weeks. You could do the same with him. The team here is AMAZING!!!! They will help you every step of the way. Please pray for him, share his story, donate to his account and please PLEASE if you are feeling the call don’t ignore it. His life is depending on YOU! Step up and save him!!!!!! ”
From a family who met him in May, 2012: “We had the pleasure of meeting sweet Ollie today! Day after day, we kept seeing this sweet boy brought out by the same nanny and we finally went over and introduced ourselves. The nanny allowed us to talk to him and he smiled the sweetest smile! We extended our hands out to him because we have learned that the nannies teach all of the children to shake hands, and he shook each of our hands. The nanny put him in the swing and started singing to him and we could tell that he was listening to her and enjoying the song and the attention. He interacted very well with his nanny and another child nearby. A very peaceful, handsome little boy!”
