Matthew 23

This blonde haired cutie does not have any siblings. His nature is described as calm and he is a very charming and sociable boy. Matthew is a wonderful boy – active, intelligent and truly pleasant. He is also said to be purposeful. He unwittingly attracts the attention of his nannies and seems to be well liked. His caregivers say he is a very nice boy and would do well in a family. He is bright, cheerful, has a warm smile and a calm demeanor. 

 

Matthew has a confirmed HIV diagnosis. He is also testing positive for Hepatitis C antobodies but we are unclear if it is just the birthmother's antibodies. He is in a specialized baby home and the children here have access to excellent medical care for HIV.
