Brad is an incredibly charming and funny boy, often laughing. He is ticklish! He is kind and gentle. ‘Brad’ is also very musical. He responds well to the emotions of adults. He is affectionate and sociable with people he knows. He is not passive, but actively likes to do activities. He speaks. He learns quickly and is inquisitive. He interacts well with volunteers and is very playful. He has a happy nature. Other than HIV, we do not believe he has any other health problems except maybe strabismus. Brad is developing well.
He has access to excellent medical care.
Additional photos available upon request. Up to 3 children in the home. Exceptions are occasionally made on a case-by-case basis. Applicants should be no more than 50 years old. Unrelated children cannot be adopted simultaneously in this region.
