Leah is a small girl. She has dark eyes and brown hair. She is inquisitive and big-hearted. Leah is very affectionate, kind and sweet. She prefers individual attention. Her development is delayed, she has strabismus and she is living with HIV.
Up to 3 children in the home. Exceptions are occasionally made on a case-by-case basis. Parents up to 50 years old. Unrelated children cannot be adopted simultaneously in this region.
Leah’s grant of $2031.20 has been gifted to Brittany.
