Oh my goodness, how Alix has grown!!!

From a missionary who visited with him in March 2012:   Alix is one of the lucky nine boys to be in the small newly built house that’s run more like a home.  This orphanage benefits from an aid organization that pays for extra care-givers.  They have a classroom joined on and as near to a home set up as possible. They are all thriving. Alix is phenomenal!!!   Outrageously independent and unbelievable in how he manages! He flips and rolls about so fast, he is VERY mobile. He interacted with me but not in a cuddly way.  He wanted me to hold toys or get things for him.  I even watched him drink a boiling hot cup of fruit tea completely unaided!   He is awesome.  Goodness knows what he would achieve in this world with the right chances!
