Mother was healthy, gave up child at birth.  Child's APGAR was 7/8.

 

Alissa has Down syndrome, and is otherwise healthy.  She is friendly, active, social, loves music, enjoys playing with toys, knows her name, walks while holding on.

 

She is said to be very high functioning.
