Moderate mental delay; Epidemic goiter (could be an enlarged gland, or a thyroid issue); Pathologic hip dislocation; Shortening of bone of upper arm in consequence of past osteomyelitis (bone infection); Nonorganic enuresis (night-time bedwetting, which for his age is not so unusual).
