This little pixie is listed as having a mild mental delay.  She also appears to be cross-eyed (and the glare on her eyes is from the red-eye reduction).  It's not listed that she has any physical problems.

Marina is already 6 and blessed to still be at the baby house.  She will transfer to the institution soon.  Hoping a family will give her the chance to show the world her true potential!
