Allen #52-1

 DOB: April 28,2008

Allen has frequent respiratory infections, but after extensive testing,  no medical reason was found for the infections. He was born with 6 toes on one foot. He has some developmental delays. However, the orphanage director said that he is overcoming these and appears to be developing at a normal rate. She believes that all Allen needs is family to love him and raise him in a family environment. He does not require any type of specialized care.

Allen is walking. He enjoys playing with toys and figuring out how they work. He seeks out the company of adults, interacts appropriately with them and establishes good eye contact. He says "hello", laughs out loud and is confdent in his personality and not afraid to try new things.
