Valentin has CP.  He has been in a laying room and had significant regression in the past year.  He needs a family that can help him heal from his neglect.  Valentin has such amazing potential for growth and healing in every way.  Please give him a chance!  He faces spending the rest of his life bedridden in an adult mental institution otherwise.
