Look at this handsome darling!   Cyril lived at home with his family until March of 2008, when he was placed in the orphanage.    At this time we do not know the circumstances surrounding why they relinquished him, but would hope to obtain that when a family travels for him.   He is doing great….healthy, happy, social, and affectionate.  He does have flat feet (which child with DS doesn’t?), along with an astigmatism.   He is a very active, normal little boy.  Hope someone will come forward for him!
