Allysen #1-4
DOB: March 24, 2008
Down syndrome
This is not the best photo, since she's falling down in the high chair, but Miss Allysen is still a cutie pie!
Allysen was born with a complete AV canal heart defect that was surgically repaired. As a result, she had a rough start to life. She has made significant progress in the past year. She is now eating from a bottle, sitting and baring weight on her feet. She has very good coordination skills (hand to hand, hand-eye, hand to mouth). She tracks objects and will reach for them. She plays with toys when they are given to her.
Allysen was a very sick little girl for the first year of her life and as a result, has not had many opportunities to really grow and develop. She is now healthy and her development is beginning to improve.
$1545.00 is available towards the cost of my adoption!
